1. Warranty Coverage
All Efurden products come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.
What is covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Functional failures under normal operating conditions
- Parts and labor for covered repairs
- Replacement units for products that cannot be repaired
2. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, cosmetic damage)
- Damage from improper installation, storage, or maintenance
- Use of non-genuine parts or unauthorized modifications
- Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or external forces
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers
- Consumable parts (e.g., spark plugs, air filters, oil)

4. How to File a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue with your Efurden product during the warranty period, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@efurden.com or call +1 332-258-6131 with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Provide Documentation: Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt), product serial number, and photos or videos of the defect if applicable.
- Receive Instructions: Our support team will review your claim and provide instructions within 24–48 hours. This may include troubleshooting steps, return authorization, or replacement options.
- Ship the Product (if required): If a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Please package the product securely with all original accessories.
- Repair or Replacement: We will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. Repaired or replacement products will be shipped back to you within 7–14 business days.
5. Warranty Service Options
Depending on the nature of the issue, we offer the following service options:
- Remote Troubleshooting: Our technical support team will guide you through diagnostic steps via phone or email.
- Replacement Parts: For minor issues, we may ship replacement parts directly to you with installation instructions.
- Product Exchange: If the product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement unit of the same or comparable model.
- Repair Service: For complex issues, the product may be sent to our authorized service center for professional repair.
6. Shipping and Handling for Warranty Claims
Efurden will cover the cost of shipping for warranty-related returns and replacements within the 48 contiguous United States. Customers are responsible for:
- Securely packaging the product to prevent damage during transit
- Shipping costs for returns from locations outside the 48 contiguous states (if applicable)
- Any customs fees or duties for international returns (not currently supported)
7. Limitation of Liability
Efurden's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not responsible for:
- Incidental or consequential damages resulting from product defects
- Loss of use, loss of time, or inconvenience
- Damage to other property caused by the product
- Commercial or business losses
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
8. Warranty Transfer
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. If you sell or give away your Efurden product, the warranty does not transfer to the new owner.
