1. Eligibility for Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following situations are eligible for a return:

  • Product Quality Issues or Shipping Errors: If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt. In such cases, all return postage and replacement fees will be borne by us. We will assist you within 24 hours.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, the item must meet the conditions stated above: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been opened or used and do not have quality issues.
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Items damaged by human factors.

2. Return Process

To start a return, contact us at support@efurden.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  1. Contact Customer Service: Send an email providing your order details and reason for return. You may attach relevant images (JPG or PNG) to help us understand the issue.
  2. Receive Return Label and Instructions: Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and the return address.
  3. Ship Back the Item: Send the item according to the provided instructions. Ensure the item is well-packaged and includes all original accessories and proof of purchase.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after confirming the returned item meets the conditions. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card company, usually 7-15 business days.

Refund Details:

  • If the return is due to product quality issues or shipping errors, we will issue a full refund, including product cost and all associated shipping fees.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, we will refund the product cost, but the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping fees (if any) will not be refunded.
