Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's delivery status with the carrier.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If damage is found, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Is a signature required for delivery?
Signature may be required for high-value items to ensure safe delivery. You'll be notified if this applies to your order.

Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused products in original packaging. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right. For complete details, please review our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Contact support@efurden.com to initiate a return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions and an RMA number.
Who pays for return shipping?
We cover return shipping for defective items. For other returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
Can I return a used generator?
Used generators containing fuel or oil cannot be returned. However, warranty support is available for any defects. Contact support@efurden.com for assistance.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. To process a warranty claim, we'll need your order number and proof of purchase. For full details, visit our Warranty Policy.
How do I register my product for warranty?
Register your product on our website using your order number and serial number. This helps us track your warranty coverage.
Is the warranty transferable?
No, the warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person.
What does the warranty NOT cover?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage from improper storage, extreme temperatures, or water exposure.
What happens if my product needs to be replaced under warranty?
If your product qualifies for warranty service, we'll repair or replace it at no charge. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or a refund of the purchase price. Learn more in our Warranty Policy.
Inverter Generator
Why can't the engine be started?
- Low on gasoline: Add gasoline (The fuel tank capacity is 4L, it is best to fill it up).
- Low engine oil: Add engine oil (at least 300ml).
- Spark plug broken: Replace spark plugs.
- Carburetor blockage/malfunction: Clean/replace carburetor.
- The choke is not kept open: The choke needs to be closed before starting the generator, and it needs to be kept open after the generator starts.
Why is there a slight smell of fuel or fuel residue in the new generator?
To ensure proper performance, all units are functionally tested before shipment. A small amount of residual fuel may remain in the generator upon arrival, this is completely normal and ensures your generator is ready to perform reliably.
Why does it automatically shut down after a period of time?
- Low on gasoline: Add gasoline (The fuel tank capacity is 4L, it is best to fill it up).
- Low engine oil: Add engine oil (at least 300ml).
Why are there red brackets on the generator?
To ensure that the generator is intact during transportation. Please remove the bracket before use.
How to choose a generator with appropriate power?
- Add up all running watts and additional starting watts to get your total wattage needed.
- To prevent overloading, choose one with a rated wattage higher than the total wattage needed, or connect two generators in parallel.
Does it have a carbon monoxide shut off feature?
- Yes. When the CO OVERRUN Light is flashing red, the CO concentration has reached dangerous levels.
- The CO sensor will shut down the engine until the CO concentration drops to a safe level, then the CO OVERRUN Light will turn off.
Can it be paralleled with another unit for more power?
Yes. It has a parallel feature that allows connecting two Efurden generators together for more power.
Can I use this inverter generator at high altitudes?
- Yes, but please note that engine performance may decrease.
- We recommend installing a high-altitude kit. A high-altitude carburetor jet (or nozzle) helps adjust the air-fuel mixture for proper combustion, and prevents spark plug fouling.
Why is there residual gasoline in the new generator?
- To ensure quality, all Efurden generators are functionally tested in the factory.
- There may be a slight smell of gas or minimal residual gasoline when you receive it.
Power Tiller
What type of oil and gas should I use?
Gasoline: Use clean, fresh, unleaded gasoline with a minimum of 87 octane. Do NOT mix oil with gasoline.
Oil: Use 4-stroke engine oil, SAE 10W-30 is recommended for general, all-temperature use.
Is this tiller difficult to assemble?
Assembly is straightforward. The main engine body comes pre-assembled. You will primarily need to attach the handlebars, wheels, and safety shields. We provide a detailed user manual and all necessary hardware. Most users can complete assembly within 30-45 minutes.
How deep and wide can this tiller cultivate?
This tiller offers an adjustable tilling width up to 19 inches and a tilling depth up to 7 inches. The depth can be controlled by adjusting the rear depth regulator bar, allowing for shallow weeding or deep soil cultivation.
Can this tiller handle hard, compacted soil or clay?
Yes, the 212cc engine and heavy-duty steel tines are designed to break up tough, compacted soil and clay. For very hard ground, we recommend making several slower passes, allowing the tiller to do the work without forcing it. Watering the area a day or two beforehand can also help soften the soil.
Does the reverse gear help with maneuverability?
Absolutely. The powered reverse gear is a key feature that makes it easy to back out of tight corners or reposition the tiller without strenuous pulling or lifting.
Pressure Washer
Why is there a carburetor oil leakage?
This is likely because the carburetor's oil injection hole is clogged. Please clean the carburetor.
Why is the pump noisy?
- Low Speed Setting: The speed control rod is at a low speed position. Turn it to the "RABBIT" (high speed) position.
- Clogged Nozzle: A clogged nozzle can cause high pressure and noise. Use the provided needle to clean the nozzle.
- Air in System: There might be air in the pump or hose. Start the machine and pull the gun trigger for about 1 minute to bleed the air out.
- Choke Lever Position: The choke lever is still in the "CHOKE" position after starting. Move the choke lever to the "RUN" position.
Why is the water stream weak or scattering?
This is typically caused by a clogged nozzle. Please use the provided cleaning needle to clear any debris from the nozzle tip.
Why is the machine not drawing detergent?
- Incorrect Nozzle: You must use the black, low-pressure detergent nozzle for the siphon to work. High-pressure nozzles will not draw detergent.
- Connection Issue: Ensure the detergent suction tube is properly and securely connected to the machine.
- Thick Detergent: The detergent may be too thick. Try diluting it with water.
- Clogged Filter/Tube: The filter on the suction tube may be clogged. Clean it with warm water. Check the tube for any obstructions or damage.
